Australia's skilled migration program selects applicants through a points-based system. Your age, English ability, qualifications, work experience and other factors determine your points score and your score determines whether you receive an invitation to apply.
We assess your points score accurately, identify any opportunities to strengthen your position, and manage your Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect. Where state or territory nomination is available, we advise on the most appropriate nomination stream for your occupation and circumstances.

Partner visa applications are assessed on the strength and genuineness of your relationship. The Department scrutinises financial, social, household and commitment evidence and a weak application can result in refusal even where the relationship is genuine.
We help you build a thorough, well-organised application. We advise on what evidence matters most, identify gaps before lodgement, and manage the process through to the grant of your permanent visa.

Employer-sponsored visas involve a two-step process: the employer must be approved as a sponsor and lodge a nomination, and the employee then applies for the visa. Both sides carry obligations, and errors in either step can delay or prevent the outcome.
We advise both employers and sponsored workers. Whether you are a business looking to bring on overseas talent, or an employee whose employer has offered sponsorship, we guide you through the requirements and manage the application from nomination to visa grant.

The Subclass 485 Temporary Graduate Visa lets you live and work in Australia after completing an eligible Australian qualification. It is often the bridge between finishing your studies and qualifying for a skilled migration or employer-sponsored permanent visa.
There are three streams: the Graduate Work stream (for those in occupations on a skilled list), Post-Study Work stream (for those who hold a bachelor degree or higher from an Australian institution) and Regional stream (for people who have studied in regional Australia for 2 years and hold a 485 visa as well. Eligibility criteria differ, and it is important to understand which stream applies to you before lodging.

If your visa application has been refused, you may have the right to seek a review at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), lodge a new application, or pursue an alternative visa pathway. The right option depends on the reasons for refusal, the visa type and your current circumstances.
Acting quickly matters. Review applications are subject to strict time limits, and some options close if you wait too long. We assess your situation promptly and give you an honest view of what is available and what is likely to succeed.
